The Pad Base

Sometime a concrete base is not possible, or desirable.  Our "Pad Base" system is designed to offer a solution.

Below you can see an example of a summerhouse sitting on a pad base.

How it works.

We dig small holes, about the size of garden slab, into which we sink a pyramid shaped supporting "top stone".  The pad includes an adjustable bracket at the top which creates a platform on which we can build.

The system works best where ground is (or close to) level.
